Membership Application

Members are entitled to a listing on the Council's directory on this web site. There are 3 options available:

OPTION A (Free): Directory information with E-Mail Address
(listing only, not an active links)

OPTION B ($25/yr): Same as option "A" plus Active Link to your email from the directory

OPTION C ($50/yr): Same as option "B" plus Active Link to your Web Site.

The annual membership fee is $125.00.* Checks must be payable to NYS Council on Divorce Mediation.
